Product Introduction

 

Extrusion Blow Molding is a unique process that combines blow molding and extrusion. Use an extruder to directly extrude the tube blank and hang it in the pre-separation cavity of the lower mold. Once it reaches the specified length, it is immediately cut off by the die cutout. Compressed air is injected through the small holes on the mold parting surface to form the blank close to the mold wall. Advantage

1. There are advantages of products, products without seams, high strength at the bottom, accurate mouth size, surface text and pattern clear.

With technical advantages, the wall thickness distribution of the billet can be precisely controlled by the injection mold, so that the wall thickness of the obtained container is more uniform, avoiding the thinning phenomenon that is easy to appear in the corner part of general blow molded products.

3. The billet made by injection can be all into the blow mold blowing molding, reducing the waste of molding materials, saving the time of finishing products.

3. Blow molding products generally do not need to be modified after processing, products without seam line, less waste edge waste.

4. In blow molding, the billet is formed by the head under low pressure and blown under low pressure, so the residual stress of the products is small, the tensile resistance, impact, bending and environmental strains and other high performance, with better performance.

5. Blow grade plastics such as PE have much higher relative molecular mass than injection grade plastics. Therefore, blow - molded products have high impact toughness and high resistance to environmental stress cracking.

6. Because the blow mold is only composed of negative mold, the wall thickness of the product can be changed by simply adjusting the gap between the die of the head or the extrusion conditions, which is very advantageous for the products that cannot accurately calculate the required wall thickness in advance.

7. Blow molding can produce very small wall thickness products, and can produce complex shape, irregular and integral products.

8. The type embryo flows out through the extruder head and directly into the blow mold forming, without secondary heating, high production efficiency.

9. In the process of blowing, the embryo is formed through the head, and the lower pressure is blown, which determines that the residual of the blown products is less, the tensile resistance, bending, impact and other strains are higher, and the service life is better.
